Our strategy has seen a series of major investments in premises, equipment, employees, and rapid expansion of the management team. Developing new global markets saw us making history in our industry by being the first and only British and European manufacturer to achieve selling products for luxury interiors specification to mainland China in 2017 with financial support from local organisation Locate East Sussex, and a successful R&D Tax credit claim facilitated by The MPA Group.

Focus SB pledges significant ‘green energy’ investment plans and in June 2022 we became the first business in the local area to install solar power at our main factory.

Our new high precision CNC not only signifies our intention as a business to continue to reinvest profits for longer-term gain, it also continues our learning and development as a business in robotics and automation which represents the future for British manufacturing.

Investment in laser marking technology enables us to offer a standard alternative service to screen printing, for improved fine detail quality and to significantly limit the use of environmentally damaging consumables and reduce waste.

Our corporate videos enable us to showcase factory processes, products and project support services, reducing the necessity for customers to travel to our premises.

We have a policy to move over to 100% electric/hybrid vehicles as older vehicles are up for renewal, increasing efficiency and reducing emissions, and we have installed two charging points on our Napier Road head office site.
