Focus SB’s dry contact retractive toggle switches are designed for smart home automation where the switch itself carries no supply voltage. Instead of latching in an “on” or “off” position, the toggle is spring-loaded and returns to its centre or rest position after operation, making it ideal for sending a brief control signal to connected systems.
This type of switch is commonly used to trigger lighting scenes, dimming controls, blind and curtain motors, where a simple contact closure is required rather than mains switching.
