We collaborate with you enabling you to develop your own custom finishes based on our standard portfolio for a tailored design and finish solution across all electrical accessories specified.

Our Custom Finishes service requires you, the designer, to provide a physical example via a piece of metal or ironmongery for in-house assessment. 

Three prototypes are then produced for client approval and a master copy is kept in-house for future reference. This process typically takes between 10 to 15 working days.

The Custom Finishes service is available for Ambassador Classic, Ambassador Square, True Edge, Sheraton and Renaissance faceplate styles.

Sample Services
Every order is tailored to the individual. From initial enquiry to an appointment with a member of our dedicated Project Support Team, through to manufacture and despatch, experts at our UK factory sales office will support you through the complete order process.

Arranged through your regional Focus SB Business Development Manager, our sample service includes:

• A selection of samples representative of our faceplate styles and finishes.*
• Full CAD design and manufacture of one-off custom samples for designer / client presentations.**
• Custom-made display boards for designer / client presentations, selected distributors and kitchen and bathroom design showrooms.
• Swatch folders containing sample finish choices.

As part of initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint we would like to reuse our samples for other customers to view wherever possible. Please contact your local representative who will be happy to collect them when you are finished.

* Specific samples may have to be manufactured from scratch and will be chargeable at the current trade price. A credit will be provided via return or upon receipt of an order.
