Congratulations to CAD apprentice George
Our CAD apprentice, George Lankston, has successfully completed his EAL Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering with a Merit.
George, who has worked for us since September 2023, is training to be a CAD Apprentice over a three year apprenticeship. EAL are the qualification providers, specialising in apprenticeships for qualifications in engineering.
HR Manager, Jo Cloute says: “This is a fantastic achievement and we are all incredibly proud of him.”
The qualification is the first part of George’s apprenticeship and is focused on manufacturing. He will now progress on to finish his Level 3 engineering design and draughtsperson qualification.
A delighted George says: “In life I am always looking for my next goal, I am driven by learning new things, especially in the engineering world.”
Meet our talented CAD apprentice George Lankston featured in a SIGTA training video interview with colleague and former apprentice Anni Sanders. Anni completed her Supply Chain Warehouse Operative apprenticeship in early 2022 and went on to win ‘Apprentice of the Year’ in the Insider Media Made in the South East Awards in 2023.
