We’re pleased to announce that our dry contact retractive switches entry titled ‘Control switches by Focus SB’ won in the [d]arc awards 2022 Kit, Technology award category. Celebrating the best in lighting design, the event was held at the iconic fabric London nightclub on 30th March 2023, organised by arc and darc magazines in collaboration with creative consultants Light Collective.
Up against stiff competition from 11 other impressive entries, business development managers Gennifer Beckwith and Mike Johnson were delighted to accept the award for our elegant dry contact retractive switches launched in April 2022, suited to pairing with leading home automation systems such as Lutron®, Control4®, Crestron® or KNX®.
Mike Johnson, Business Development Manager for North London, Hertfordshire and Essex says: “I am extremely proud to have received the technology category award on behalf of Focus SB at this year’s highly-prestigious [d]arc awards at fabric nightclub in London. It was great being able to soak up the atmosphere and network with other industry professionals old and new and to enjoy the various installations and wonderful street food!"
Gennifer Beckwith, Business Development Manager for South London, Surrey, Kent, Sussex and Channel Islands comments: “It was a pleasure to attend the [d]arc awards with Mike Johnson and to collect the award for the best in technology category on behalf of Focus SB. What an iconic venue with a lovely vibe and a fantastic opportunity to network with fellow lighting industry colleagues and peers. I must also mention the amazing vegetarian street food!”
