Sussex Chamber international trade round table

On 27th March our Head of Strategic Partnerships, Duncan Ray attended a Sussex Chamber International Trade Round Table Discussion held at The View Hotel in Eastbourne, hosted by Sussex Chamber of Commerce CEO, Ana Christie, alongside Lisa Maddison-Brown, Kent, East Sussex and West Sussex Export Finance Manager at the UK government’s export credit agency UK Export Finance.

The aim of the event was to have a small export-focused round table discussion with local businesses from varying sectors who deal in export and global trade, share experiences and provide an opportunity to have open discussions with like minded Sussex businesses. The Department for Business and Trade (DBT) Southern England’s Strategic Partner Manager, Rob Lewtas and local Export Champion Jon Mitchell from Marlow Ropes joined the panel along with International Trade Experts from the British Chamber of Commerce (BCC) and a local DBT International Trade Advisor available to offer advice.
