Regional sales manager retires

Focus SB Regional Sales Manager for the Midlands and Home Counties, Paul Gennoe retires at the end of March, during his 37th year working for the company.
Paul says: “As I prepare to step into retirement, I find myself reflecting on the wonderful journey I’ve had with Focus SB.
“It is with a mix of joy and nostalgia that I write this letter to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible years (36 and a half years) spent working alongside such inspiring colleagues and friends.
“From my very first day to this moment, every challenge, achievement, and our social times left a lasting imprint on my heart. I will always cherish the camaraderie, support, and the countless memories we have built together.
“I would like to extend my sincere thanks to my mentors, teammates, and everyone at Focus SB for their encouragement and friendship. Your kindness and teamwork have made my career here truly rewarding.
“While I am excited about this new chapter of life, I will surely miss being part of this fantastic team.
“I'm very excited about my leaving gift of a folding Ebike, I will be exploring and hope to keep fit!”
Focus SB’s MD Gary Stevens wishes Paul all the very best from all at Focus SB: “Although I have only been at Focus SB for just over nine years, I have probably known Paul for most of his Focus SB career when we used to bump into each other covering the same patch in the Midlands. There aren’t many people in sales who stick with the same company (and sometimes vice versa!), so Paul is somewhat of an enigma! Liked by his peers, customers and even competitors alike, it has been a pleasure knowing him and actually working with him at Focus SB, he will be sorely missed and very difficult to replace.”
