Focus SB celebrate first China export order

Focus SB is delighted to announce it has received its first substantial order for switch-plates, specified for a lavish large-scale interiors project in China.

Following its highly successful product showcase at this year’s Expo Build China; an influential international event in the construction industry calendar, first time exhibitor Focus SB was delighted to secure its first order from a major player in China’s luxury construction. The only British wiring accessories manufacturer to be specified for this prestigious construction project, Focus SB is to supply switch-plates for an impressive number of rooms numbering well over a thousand. 

The project, which the company will reveal in late 2018, will meet China’s green building standards, reflecting the country’s commitment to the expansion of this area within its huge construction market. 

An obvious choice for the project, Focus SB holds the unique position of being the only UK manufacturer licensed to export its switch-plates to China; boasting the widest range of plates and finishes conforming to the China Compulsory Certificate (CCC mark), outstripping all other electrical wiring accessory manufacturers based in China. In line with its plans for expansion post Brexit, Focus SB recently announced its official entrance into China’s construction marketplace, following around 18 months of extensive market research which identified this potentially lucrative new export opportunity for the company.
