Made in the South East 2022 award win

We’re delighted to win this year’s Manufacturing Apprenticeship/Training Scheme Award at Insider's Made in the South East Awards 2022.
Duncan Ray, our Head of Strategic Partnerships attended the awards with engineering apprentice Ryan Edwards who was over the moon to be shortlisted for the Apprentice of the Year Award. We were also pleased to be shortlisted for the Export and Sustainable/Ethical Manufacturer Awards.
Duncan said: “Ryan and I are delighted to receive the Manufacturing Apprenticeship/Training Scheme Award on behalf of Focus SB at the Made in The South East Awards tonight! At Focus SB we continue to invest in the future of our business by investing in apprenticeships and the continual development of our employees.”
Invited to attend Insider's recent annual South East Manufacturing Leaders Roundtable at the AMEX Stadium, Brighton, by Regional Business Editor and awards host Philip Cunliffe, our MD Gary Stevens commented: “Well done to all of the region’s companies who were winners or shortlisted for the various categories last night! The prestigious awards were held at Sofitel London Gatwick and the event was sponsored by Carpenter Box Financial Services, EMC and HSBC UK.
