Make UK Manufacturing Matters award 2020

The team at Focus SB is delighted its application has successfully made the regional shortlist for the Manufacturing Matters category, as part of the Make UK Manufacturing Awards 2020!

According to Make UK, the award for the Manufacturing Matters specifically focuses on companies and/or collaborations whose adaptability and resilience has allowed them to continue operations and respond to the unprecedented challenges faced globally as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

With online ceremonies scheduled this autumn to celebrate hard work, dedication and resilience in the manufacturing sector, the regional winner and runner-up for the South will be announced on Tuesday 20th October 16:00 - 18:30. Follow the hashtag #ManufacturingHeroes

This exciting announcement comes not long after our managing director, Gary Stevens, contributed to a major Make UK report published in association with Santander containing detailed analysis of the Covid-19 impact on UK manufacturers.
