We are following the latest government guidelines regarding “Lockdown 2” and where it is practical for staff to work from home without having an impact on customer service we will put this in place. We already have several staff safely working from home following on from the first lockdown experience and the remaining staff are safely working in the office, following all of the social distancing and hygiene guidance from the government. It is a seamless service and our customers will not see any difference in our levels of service as a result. We will constantly monitor this and any further updates from the government.
Manufacturing – business as usual
Focus SB is a British manufacturer with all production and finishing facilities in-house in East Sussex however, we remain conscious of the government social distancing and hygiene guidelines and ensuring the continued safety and wellbeing of our staff. We have therefore adopted a safe working approach for our production, assembly, and dispatch departments. We have adopted the government’s “Covid-19 Secure” guidelines and have completed and published our Covid-19 Risk Assessment Document to ensure the safety of our staff, customers, and suppliers.
Supply Chain
Focus SB manufactures in-house and has adequate stock of raw materials and components with a robust supply chain to enable us to continue business as usual without any disruption to production or lead times. We are still shipping worldwide unless government guidelines restrict this.
