Focus SB sponsors Ducklings cricket team

We are pleased to support the Willingdon Cricket Club ‘Ducklings’ U10 cricket team by sponsoring their kit and training this year. The team successfully got to the Sussex East Area regional finals day on 18th Sunday at Brighton Aldridge Cricket Academy in their first year as a competing team.
Willingdon is a small club trying to establish a junior arm, and they competed against some much larger well established junior clubs on the way to and at the finals day. Willingdon were drawn in a tough group alongside Burgess Hill, Lewes Priory and Storrington. The winning team on the day were Lewes Priory who the boys ran close in game two.
Dan Lindop, Lewes District Council and Eastbourne Borough Council says: “Our thanks go to Focus SB or the sponsorship of the kit that the boys wore on the day. Several of the opposition teams commentated on how smart the boys looked and how hard they tried on the day.”
