Sample service & customer relations

Due to the often bespoke nature of our products and services, every order is tailored to the individual. From initial enquiry to booking appointments with our business development team, through to manufacture and despatch, our experienced sales office team will support you through the complete order process.

Arranged through your regional Focus SB business development consultant our sample service includes:

• A selection of samples representative of our faceplate styles and finishes.*
• Full CAD design and manufacture of one-off custom samples for designer / client presentations.**
• Custom made display boards for designer / client presentations, selected distributors and kitchen and bathroom design showrooms.
• Swatch folders containing sample finish choices.

Please contact us to arrange samples and/or an appointment with a business development consultant. As part of initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint we would like to reuse our samples for other customers to view wherever possible. Please contact your local representative who will be happy to collect them when you are finished.

* Specific samples may have to be manufactured from scratch and will be chargeable at the current trade price. A credit will be provided via return or upon receipt of an order.
**Subject to a £250 charge fully refundable upon receipt of an order.
